HEART HEALTH VITAMIN C

As I get older the wrinkles are showing up and my skin seems a little
dryer. It takes up time to put lotion on and money for those "wrinkle"
lotions and potions.
So this tip is very helpful for me.
"A study in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition found that people
who ate foods rich in Vitamin C had fewer wrinkles and less age related
dry skin than those who had a diet low in Vitamin C."
It is also very heart healthy, helping your arteries work efficiently
and not clog up so much. You know the old saying: "An apple a day keeps
the doctor away!"
If sugar is an issue you may not want to eat much fruit. Broccoli and
spinach are also rich in vitamin C as well as most dark green leafy
vegetables.
